Presenting Sponsor Churchill Mortgage

A faithful friend and partner

Every one of us has somebody in our lives who has struggled with some sort of addiction. We are all connected and it’s our job to rally around those people and help them get back to a place they are proud of. Healing Housing does that and that’s why we are proud to be a sponsor for Love Breakfast.

Matt Clarke, COO, Churchill Mortgage

We are all connected.

Helping women recover from an addiction takes a community of friends and partners. No one can do this work alone.

With the theme of Hand in Hand for this year’s Love Breakfast event, we want to salute one of those long-term friends, our 2023 Presenting Sponsor, Churchill Mortgage.

One of our favorite gifts we have received from them has to be the stone pathway they provided between our 2 houses last year (read more here).

Our relationship with Churchill though began over 6 years ago! We reached out to a faithful volunteer to tell us about that first contact with them.

It was 2017 and I was sitting at my desk and my cell phone rang. Someone named Cecil from Churchill Mortgage, who I now know is board member Cecil Kemp, told me he had some good news: Churchill had voted to award Healing Housing $10,000! I pretty much burst into tears, and we had the most beautiful conversation. Since then, Churchill have been purposeful about staying in touch and being partners rather than just a source of funding. We are so grateful!

Healing Housing Volunteer

To understand their purposeful giving more, Tracey Levine, Healing Housing’s Executive Director, sat down recently with Matt Clarke, COO at Churchill.

(The short version is here, but we think you’ll really enjoy the longer version of their conversation HERE.)

Some fun facts we didn’t know about Churchill.

First of all, their values state, In everything we do, we seek to build long-lasting relationships, based on honesty, integrity and trust, and their foundation’s mission is People Before Profits. Isn’t that wonderful?

We are so proud to have them as a partner we wanted to share a couple pretty impressive things about Churchill that we just learned!

Thank you to everyone on the Churchill team
for showing your commitment to loving women healing from addiction.
